On Tuesday, June 4, 2019, we attended the awards ceremony for the "300 Thriving Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Micro Businesses."
We were selected in the "Productivity Improvement" category, nominated by the Sakushu Tsuyama Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
With OEM sewing for major manufacturers and famous select shops, primarily for denim, as our core business, we also develop our own original brand products. Our antenna shops and major department stores have received high acclaim, leading to increased company recognition.
Our efforts to recruit young talent despite challenging circumstances, including hiring from other prefectures, and the resulting boost in employee motivation and productivity, were highly evaluated.
