Size Exchanges
Orders Within Japan
If the size does not fit, we will accept one size exchange per order.

International Orders
We do not offer size exchanges for products shipped outside Japan.
Conditions for Size Exchanges
・Requests must be made within 8 days of receiving the product.
・Altered items (including hemmed products) cannot be exchanged.
・Products that are not in new condition due to stains, odors, or other signs of use cannot be exchanged.
・Products with missing tags or accessories cannot be exchanged.
・Products with items placed in the pockets will be considered used and cannot be exchanged.
・Return shipping to our company is the responsibility of the customer.
・If your requested size is out of stock, you may need to wait several months for restocking.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in our sewing, inspection, and shipping processes. However, if you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, we will provide a replacement.

Returns (Customer-Initiated)
Returns for reasons such as “the item was not what I expected” or “the size did not fit” may be accepted if requested within 8 days of receiving the product.

For customer-initiated returns, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Amount = Product Price − (Product Price × 3%) − ¥1,000
The 3% deduction covers payment processing fees, and ¥1,000 covers return handling costs.

Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Please contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible.
Since payment is processed at the time of purchase, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Amount = Product Price − (Product Price × 3%)
After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
If you wish to return the product, it will be handled according to our return policy.
Please note that international orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Within Japan
Flat-rate shipping: ¥1,000 nationwide.
Free domestic shipping on orders of ¥10,000 (tax included) or more.

If you have a preferred delivery time, please enter it in the order notes section at checkout.
International Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Japanese consumption tax is not applied to international orders. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
