Exchanges, Returns, and Shipping

Size Exchange

 

If the size is not suitable, we will generally allow one size exchange.

 

※Products that have been altered, such as length adjustments, cannot be exchanged.
※If a product is deemed not to be in new condition due to dirt, odor, creases, etc., it cannot be exchanged.
※If accessories such as tags are missing, the product cannot be exchanged.
※If there are items in the pockets, the product will be considered used and cannot be exchanged.
※Please send the item to us with shipping prepaid.
※If the desired size is out of stock, you may have to wait several months.

 

 

If you receive a defective product

 

Although we pay close attention to sewing, inspection, and shipping, if you receive a defective product or a product different from your order, we will exchange it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via CONTACT.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

As a general rule, we will only respond to requests made within 8 days of receiving the product. Please contact us via CONTACT as soon as possible.

 

For returns due to customer convenience

For returns due to customer convenience, such as "it wasn't what I imagined" or "the size didn't fit," a refund fee will be charged.

The refund amount will be the product price minus a <3% payment processing fee> and a <¥1000 refund fee>.

Refund amount = Product price - (Product price x 3%) - ¥1000

A flat rate of 1000 yen nationwide.
Domestic shipping is free for total purchases of 10,000 yen (including tax) or more.
