■Project Overview
The "Rainbow" denim fabric was born approximately four years ago out of a desire to create jeans that "are so enjoyable to wear daily, you look forward to their aging process."
However, shortly after the initial batch (approx. 100 pairs) went on sale, the Great Western Japan Flood occurred. All of the fabric in the warehouse, including the remaining Rainbow fabric, was discarded.
Time passed, and then in September 2021. I was deeply moved by the faded color of a pair of Rainbow jeans that came back for repair from a customer, which prompted me to launch this revival project.
The goal of this project is to revive Rainbow after four years and to share the charm of Rainbow and the "joy" of wearing jeans for a long time with as many people as possible.
-About Crowdfunding-
There are two main types of crowdfunding: donation-based and purchase-based. This project is purchase-based.
In purchase-based crowdfunding, funds are raised by providing project products as returns to supporters who contribute funds. In simple terms, it's like made-to-order production (where products are purchased in advance).
Creating the Rainbow fabric requires an enormous cost, so we are undertaking crowdfunding to cover a portion of those expenses.
This project is "All or Nothing," so please understand that if the target amount is not reached, the plan cannot be executed, and returns cannot be delivered.
