Payment Timing

For both regular and pre-order items, payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

For bank transfers, payment is confirmed after the transfer has been received.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after purchase.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, shipping may take more than one week.

Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Fees

If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

For returns requested for customer convenience, all associated fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that orders shipped outside Japan are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Flat-rate shipping: ¥1,000 nationwide.
Free shipping on orders totaling ¥10,000 (tax included) or more.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

Japanese consumption tax is not applied to international orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
